The design and implementation of the research project " INSTANT: Intelligent platform for providing Staffing and Training in the Hotel Industry / Smart Staffing and Training platform in the Hotel industry" is progressing rapidly.

The aim of the project is through the pioneering INSTANT platform, to provide solutions to the staffing problems of the hotel sector.

In particular, the Platform seeks a) to find solutions for the staffing of hotel units with experienced and trained staff, b) to support employees in procedural issues related to their work (eg finding housing, residence permits and work in Cyprus, etc.) and c) the provision of opportunities for domestic and foreign workers to develop their skills, abilities and knowledge through specialized training seminars, which will be designed and offered within INSTANT.

It essentially wants to upgrade the quality of services offered to address the immediate challenges of the hotel industry related to staffing, mobility and training needs.
