Questionnaires for hoteliers, hotel employees and the unemployed looking for work in the hotel industry
The 'INSTANT' platform (INtelligent platform for providing STaffing ANd Training in the Hotel Industry), is a project contract between Poundzos & Prountzos DEPE - EY Law and the Research and Innovation Foundation ("IDEK") for the implementation of the proposal submitted by a consortium of ten government and private entities. The consortium collaborated to create a pioneering platform, which aims to offer smart solutions to the obstacles facing the tourism and hospitality sector (tourism and hospitality). 

In order to achieve the goals of the platform, the participation of hoteliers and hospitality staff is essential, to immediately address the challenges of the hotel industry. Challenges related to staff employment and mobility and training needs, for which the platform will provide innovative and practical solutions.

For the above reasons, the stakeholders have proceeded to create questionnaires which aim at identifying the needs of employees looking for work and training but also for the hoteliers who need people with the appropriate skills to staff their businesses. 

Your participation in this research is essential for its success. By properly discovering and analyzing the needs of the industry, all stakeholders will be able to provide the appropriate solutions. 

The same research is conducted in the market of Greece and Slovakia by EV Cyprus, the Research Institute of the University of Nicosia - UNRF and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
